The Magic hour, or Golden hour is the first  &  last hour of sunlight. 
I
t's the 1/2  hour before the sun rises, & 1/2 after the sun rises.  It's also the 1/2 hour before sunset & 1/2 hour after.

For some reason, my favorite part of this picture is the boat headed to the bridge.  I can't explain it, but that one element catches my eye every time.  Nice picture!

Gina, I love the way the sun is putting a spotlight on the bridge and  surrounding water...plus the hazy look of this. It adds up to a great photo!

When I was a child, I would look up at the sky after a summer thunderstorm and as the sun began to reappear and the clouds dissipated, I would think to myself, that's where God lives. Your picture made me think that again.--Sheria
