round robin challenge

The Round Robin Photo Challenges:  Nature 

i've always found nature intriguing, especially wildlife and other critters.  :)  it is a balm to my spirit and mind.  here are a few of my favorites. 

            

   mot mot in xcaret park, mexico                                barn owl, wildlife refuge

                       

                                little blue heron, corkscrew swamp of the florida everglades

                        

                monument rocks - limestone formations reaching 70' in height, northwest kansas

             

                                                 interesting tree - california park

               

spring is my favorite season with fall a close second.  i love the cooler temperatures, and the awesome colors.

                                        

                                               bai yun of the san diego zoo

Wat a fest for the eyes in this entry.  I don't know how you got such perfect photos of the birds. Wow, the blue on the heron is incredible!  And the owl is outstanding!  I love owls!  Their faces are stunning!  The trees are twisty and cool!  Nature is so incredible, yes!  Love, Val xox

I don't remember seeing these images, they are ALL fabulous, except the VERY detailed spider, which gives me goosebumps.....yuk!  Ü
I never saw a blue heron like that, is that was the babies look like?  Very impressive, Gina!
