round robin photo challenge

it's time for the round robin photo challenge and it's rather unique...not only do we pick our own topic, but we are to suggest future topics!  " Put on your creative caps as it's an open challenge. Post three future challenge topics with your entry and then pick one of your topics to photograph for your challenge entry. "Offer three and shoot one," your choice!"

my suggestions:  1) wildlife, 2) railroads, and 3) things that don't belong, something that makes you do a double take.  for this challenge i'm posting wildlife...one of my favorite things to watch and shoot.  these were taken this week at one of alabama's state parks.

That woodpecker sure has made a large hole in the tree.  Nice entry.

The deer looks so curious! And squirrels are always fun.  Nice, sharp close ups here. Well done!  And I like the other two topics a lot. Don't be surprised if we do them soon! - Karen

What wonderful shots! I'm so impressed at how clear these are, and how you caught the critters at just the right moment. Great ideas, too. I hope we do those soon.

Wonderful photos Gina! I don't think that deer knew what to make of you! He had that 'What the hell's she up to?' look! Jeannette xx

Hi Gina :)

Your photos made me smile large! :) Starting with that beautiful woodpecker, and then the squirrels and finally the deer. Just lovely my deer. :) I am impressed with your ideas for the challenge pool, I am looking forward to doing these very much. :) Thank you for submitting the ideas, and for the gorgeous start to my day.

Always, Carly

These photos are some of the best wildlife shots that I've ever seen! It's as if you told them to pose and they did! What an incredible eye you have to catch the shot at just the right moment. I love the way the deer appear to be observing you as you take their portraits.--Sheria

That really IS a great looking bird shot.    All of them are, actually...   Today, at LesLee's, there was a big owl sitting on her gutter, just looking at her.
Great entry.
